first time home buyer questions

My clients in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale Arizona real estate markets are often first time home buyers or of the younger millennial generation.  Often they are overwhelmed with the process of buying a home and have a long list of questions or need some good advice.  As a millennial myself, and a home buyer within the last few years, I can completely understand where they are coming from.  No need to worry, all your home buyer tips and tricks can be found in my latest blog post 7 Tips for First Time Home Buyers.

Phoenix first time home buyer tipsBeing a first time home buyer does not need to be a difficult process!  I have streamlined the process for those buying into their first real estate transaction and wrote a blog post on my website to at least help mitigate some of the upfront questions.  Some of it is just great real estate advice and some of it would be considered common real estate knowledge to the savvy home buyer.  The truth is, some of my oldest clients with multiple home purchases under their belt have asked the same questions!  Don't be afraid to ask, you should be completely educated in the home buying process and the Arizona Residential Home Purchase Contract before it even starts.

I'm always here to help, young or old, first purchase or last, I want to be YOUR trusted Realtor in the Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale AZ areas.  Click the link below to read my 7 Tips and Tricks for First Time Home Buyers in the great city of Phoenix, AZ!

Nice post, John. Education is really key to helping buyers understand the process and lessen their anxiety.  Great advice on 'don't be afraid to ask'.  You just can't repeat this info enough.
